Subsidies and financing for a home, in one calculator.

A free calculator is being built here, bringing together what is today spread across dozens of separate information sheets: which subsidy programmes fit a given project, what they add up to, and what is left to pay each month.

Eligibility check: The nationwide KfW programmes 300, 297/298, 308, 124 and 261, together with the housing subsidies of the relevant federal state – assessed from your household and your project, not from a checklist you fill in yourself. The state programmes are being added one state at a time.
Payment and amortisation schedule: Monthly payment, remaining debt and fixed-interest period across the full term, with the subsidised and the open-market loans side by side.
Affordability: What is left of your income once the payment, running costs and reserves have been deducted.
